We sell travel data for more than 200 destinations, so your phone works the moment you land.
Roaming is priced for people who are not paying attention. A week abroad on a home plan can cost more than the flight, and the charge usually arrives weeks later, itemised in a way that explains nothing.
eSIM technology removed the reason for that. The chip is already in your phone; a data plan is a download. There is no shop to find, no card to lose, and no reason to be disconnected between the plane door and the hotel.
AloAlo exists to make that the normal way to travel. Buy data for where you are going, install it before you fly, and land with a working phone.
How we work
Never charge for something we did not deliver
We authorise your card, order the eSIM, and only capture the payment once it exists. If the eSIM cannot be delivered, the authorisation is released. It is a slower flow to build than charging up front, and it is the one we chose.
Say what the plan actually does
Data allowance, how many days, which countries, and what happens when it runs out — on the plan, before you pay. Travel data has a long history of burying those four facts, and we would rather lose a sale than win one that way.
Nothing renews on its own
When your data is gone, the connection stops. No automatic top-up, no subscription you have to remember to cancel, no charge you did not choose.
Answer the message
Support is a person reading what you wrote. We answer every message, usually within one business day, and we would rather send one useful reply than three that ask you to restart your phone.
Who builds it
AloAlo is built by Amygdal, a software company that also builds products for other people. The service runs on eSIM infrastructure from established global providers, which is how a small team can offer coverage in more than 200 destinations — we handle the product, the app and the support, and buy the network access.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
